Snail pace But a unicorn at heart un mese fa su Google

The location and mountain views are spectacular, but unfortunately our experience with the food and service was disappointing. The food served at dinner was too salty for us. At breakfast, my friend used some hot water to prepare a sachet of rice porridge, which he intended to eat there. He was not taking the hot water or prepared food away. We understood the rule that hot water should not be used for takeaway food. However, a male staff member abruptly touched him and said “No” in a rude manner. If there was a misunderstanding or another rule, he could simply have explained it politely without making physical contact. The shared toilets and washing facilities were basic, and hot showers required a token. The hut is in a beautiful location, but the hospitality and communication could have been more respectful.
