How to have a perfect evening? Go to Ethica! I was astonished by the level of service and food. The service was very personal, warm and individual. I had great conversations and many warm smiles. Thank you. The food was absolutely superb. Great aroma combinations, modern, but not too wild, with amazing ingredients and absolutely great execution. If you get a chance, sit at the Chef's counter. The staff is beyond amazing!!!!! From the moment you walk in into the full culinary experience it’s mind blowing ! They love what they do and it shows ! We went for my husband’s birthday and had a fantastic experience. Sitting at the bar gave us a great view of the open kitchen, where the chefs worked meticulously, even using tweezers to perfect each dish. The staff spoke English and explained everything we were served. I’ve never experienced such personal touches at a restaurant before—from the WhatsApp messages to the incredible attention to service detail. It was truly something special and made the evening unforgettable!
