When visiting Gubbio, the Espressamente Illy bar located in the central square becomes a necessary stop. Let's start with the first and most important reason: cleanliness! The place seems to be one of those present in exhibition stands, polished in every part and free of dust even in the most hidden corners. Not only that but also cleanliness of the coffee machine, dismantled and cleaned with martial regularity and this is reflected in the quality of the coffee: delicious and intense. Comfortable environment even if small but with attention to every detail and finally the quality of the pastries and croissants with a wide choice and the service that surprises for the attention paid to the customer, treated like a real King. There is no request , however curious, that the managers do not satisfy. Always with courtesy and professionalism. I can say that there is no Espressamente Illy in all of Rome that reaches the quality standards of this small but precious place.
