First-class restaurant with breathtaking access (cable car from Grimenz or gondola from Zinal). Creative and high-quality cuisine, modern furnishings, very nice and attentive service. The journey by train is very expensive, which makes the visit an expensive pleasure in addition to the quite reasonable restaurant prices. The sensational view of the over 4,000 meter high peaks and the valley are worth the trip. Highly Recommended. Vegetarian options: There was a vegetarian and sometimes even vegan option for all courses. Parking: There were parking spaces at the valley station in Zinal on a Thursday, but it can also be full on the weekends. Otherwise easy to reach by post bus. Kid-friendliness: Since there is plenty of space between the tables, the restaurant is very child-friendly and even guests without children do not feel disturbed. Children's chairs are available and there is an inexpensive (appropriate to the circumstances) children's menu with child-friendly dishes.
