Today in the noon I wanted to buy Velo and when I came to the red haired cashier she was acting off from the begging. When I asked her for velo (whitch wasn’t even on display) I told her like 10 times exactly what product I wanted and she just didn’t listen to me and was giving me other types of velo. That went for quite some time and line was behind me. I asked her if I can go behind cash and show her because everybody was waiting for that.. after that she tried to sell me velo for 9€!! Usually they cost 4,50€. Afterwards I didn’t realise how much she said but my card didn’t came thru fortunately and afterwards she told me in very rude and annoyed tone I didn’t have money and afterwards she started looking at someone behind me like I was the problem, next laughing in my face and looks she gave me.. so I left angry. After few hours I went there again and there was nice guy who explained everything and as he said it’s not something unusual. He sold them to me for 4,50€ and apologised for her. Just came there again because it was the closest place and wanted to clear it up.

Employees of Energy-Bentz d.o.o. in Bilice they are to be commended...I think the employer should reward them ..without motivation there is no good result
