Siamo stati lì per un aperitivo e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Ottimo drink (gin Tonic) consigliato dal personale accompagnato da un tagliere abbondante e buono. Rebecca rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole grazie alla sua simpatia e cortesia. Consigliato. Location sul porticciolo di Marina Piccola bellissima, con una vista che vale già la visita. Il cibo è stato ottimo, si vede che c'è attenzione sia alla qualità della materia prima che alla cura dei piatti. Un ringraziamento speciale alla ragazza alta che ci ha serviti (peccato non averle chiesto il nome) è stata dolcissima, sempre sorridente e davvero molto gentile. Ci ha fatti sentire accolti e coccolati. L'unica cosa che migliorerei è il caldo, perché nelle giornate più afose si sente parecchio. Per il resto, tutto davvero molto bene, complimenti. Absolutely Disgraceful — Snobbish, Impatient, and Dishonest Service Rating: 1 Star If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Villa Elysium was nothing short of appalling. This establishment operates with a sickening level of elitism. It is painfully obvious that the staff sizes you up the moment you sit down. If you aren’t ordering a massive, high-priced feast, you are treated like a second-class citizen. They are clearly only interested in customers who drop large amounts of money; anyone else is met with cold indifference or outright disdain. To make matters worse, the service was aggressively impatient. I felt rushed from the moment I arrived, as if my mere presence was an inconvenience to them. There was no hospitality, just a constant, pushy attitude designed to get me out the door as quickly as possible. The lack of integrity here is even more disturbing. They are completely non-transparent about their fees, and their attempt to manipulate the final bill was both pathetic and insulting. They clearly rely on the hope that customers are too inattentive to notice their shady tactics. The blatant discrimination and lack of basic human decency I encountered here were shocking. This is a place that clearly doesn't respect its customers. Save your money and your time — steer clear of this place at all costs. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €30–40
