Dear Madeleine, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry that your recent visit left you disappointed, especially after so many years of supporting us. We genuinely appreciate our loyal customers. I’m sorry if the scoop you received seemed smaller than expected, and I’m also sorry that your concern wasn’t handled in a warmer way. That is not the experience we want anyone to have. I would, however, like to reassure you that the quality of our gelato has not changed. We still make every batch from scratch every day using the same carefully selected ingredients and recipes we have always used. We have never lowered our standards or compromised on quality. While I respect that this visit didn’t meet your expectations, I also hope one disappointing experience doesn’t overshadow the many positive ones you’ve had with us over the years.
