I think its the best sashimi I had in Switzerland. They cut it for you fresh. Its as soft as butter.

Made our weekend feel like a Mediterranean holiday. Came in for fish, walked out with the kind of haul you only find at a proper Italian fishmonger. Two beautiful Wolfsbarsch / branzino — grilled on cedar planks on the Big Green Egg for 45 minutes. The cedar perfumed the fish perfectly, flaky and clean to the bone. The red extra-large shrimp from the freezer went on a screaming-hot BBQ for 6-7 minutes; the boys fought over the heads, which is the highest praise a 9-year-old can give. Then the staff tipped us off to Rummo Nr. 13 linguine — paired it with the vongole and it was fantastic, exactly the right shape and bite for clams. And speaking of: they sold us their last 2kg of vongole, sieved them manually to pick the best, and only charged us for 1.7kg. That kind of integrity is rare anywhere, let alone inland Switzerland. Quality you'd expect at a coastal market in Liguria. We'll be back regularly.
