The best pistachio ice cream I've ever tried was here. The funny part is I compared it with pistachio ice cream in a gelateria in Wiedikon which was my top 1 before and concluded this one in Thalwil has beaten that place. And then I discovered it's the same network:)

After a fun interaction with the worker there I got a scoop of pistachio nougat ice cream on his recommendation and a scoop of matcha with strawberry and white chocolate. The pistachio nougat was truly delightful and authentic: mildly sweet and nutty with a slight salty aftertest. The very best! The matcha one was also delicious, though would state it’s for real matcha lovers as it has a good strength of matcha in it. I recommend this place with all my heart!
