Our experience at Eiger Mountain & Soul Resort was truly exceptional from start to finish. The location is stunning, with breathtaking mountain views that instantly put you at ease. The entire atmosphere of the resort is peaceful, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and connection with nature. What really made our stay memorable was the **incredible staff**. Every team member we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. From reception to the restaurant, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued. Their attention to detail and personal touches made a big difference. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully styled with a mix of modern comfort and alpine charm. This resort is a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting with exceptional service. We can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Eiger was great. The hotel and room was clean and spacious. Location un matched. Would definitely recommend. Service was amazing as well from all staff.

I booked 2 rooms at the Eiger Mountain & Soul Resort. Right after booking I received an email from the hotel confirming the reservation. 3 months later we flew to Switzerland and took a train to Grinelwald. At check in they told us their computer system messed up and our rooms were occupied by guests and no other rooms were available. They referred us to their “sister” hotel which was not as nice.
