Enjoyed the 2 night stay with friends at Eiger Mountain & Soul Resort. The staff are very friendly. The host makes it a point to talk to the guests during breakfast which is a good gesture. Mr Sinione , the receptionist was very helpful to arrange a shuttle bus service for us to go to the train station. It was a sudden heavy snow at Grindelwald and all taxi services were stopped. A very friendly guy. Eiger Mountain & Soul Resort is a bench mark for other hotels in term of exceptional service. If I'm going to visit Grindelwald in future , it definitely will be this hotel. Strongly recommended for everyone. Service: 5
