Amazing! Super super friendly! We are from the US and they were so welcoming. I would highly reccomend this place if your visiting. Amazing food and drinks. Beautiful views and most importantly a BEAUTIFUL dog Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet

Favorite place I’ve stayed during my trip. Gaby and Andy truly care about their guests and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Rooms are updated and very comfortable. Breakfast (included) and dinner (paid) were delicious. Best coffee from the Jura machine. I also really appreciated some vegan options - New Roots yogurt at breakfast and vegan pumpkin soup during dinner was excellent, I had it twice. Views are spectacular. Located right next to the cable cars above Altdorf. Plenty of hiking trails nearby. Would definitely stay again. Service: 5

It is one of those exceptional places in Switzerland. I love discovering the Swiss Alps and finally I discovered a small hotel where you can feel that Swiss atmosphere, with family treatment. The hotel made with great care in each of the details and one of the best cuisines I have tried in Switzerland. With spectacular views from the rooms. I continue to discover the Swiss Alps, but I always try to make a stop in this place, sometimes alone, and sometimes with my guests so I can enjoy everything that Berggasthaus Eggberge offers. I recommend it as one of the best places I have discovered in Switzerland Service: 5
