If you're looking for the freshest and most delicious oysters in Dubrovnik, this is definitely the place to go! We had a serving of fresh oysters and a serving of grilled ones — both were absolutely incredible. It’s an open-kitchen concept, so you can watch them shucking the oysters right in front of you, which is such a great touch. They also have a fantastic selection of wines that pair perfectly with the food. I highly recommend booking a table in advance if you want to make sure you get a spot, as it’s a cozy and very popular venue. We’ll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Small bar serving delicious seafood dishes. We shared the mussel tacos, shrimp burger and small fried fish and everything was amazing!! The shrimp burger is a grilled shrimp patty on a delicious grilled black bun with veggies and a creamy sauce. The mussel tacos were bursting with flavour and the small fried fish had a delicious homemade tartar sauce that went perfectly with them. The restaurant is very small with limited seating, about 7 seats but we got there right after opening at noon and got a seat no problem. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–25 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Edulis Oyster Bar is a must-visit in Dubrovnik. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The tuna sandwich is my favorite—perfectly seared and delicious.
