We loved it here. Super small oyster bar with just 6 bar stools around an open kitchen. Staff were super friendly and taught us lots about oysters and oyster farming in the region. We had oysters prepared two ways and they were delicious. There's also some other nice fish dishes on the menu - nice whitebait. But definitely don't skip the oysters. Highly recommend! Price per person: €25–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Seafood, Fried, Tempura, Fresh Oysters, Grilled Oysters

BEST MEAL I had my whole trip in Croatia! My bf who doesn’t eat seafood was ate half my tuna sandwich, and loved it! The oysters! Wow! Do yourself a favor and order the flower or the mix of the different style of oysters! Also! , they make their own olive oil for their grilled oysters, I mean who does that, people who love that they do and food,that’s who! Go to make reservations for this six seat restaurant which will blow your expectations right out the water! I’m coming back to Dubrovnik just to eat here again. Thank you my friends for the meal! If Dubrovnik is the pearl of the Adriatic, Edulis Oyster Bar is a golden pearl. The food, which is excellent, fuses the traditional of the area with the modern touch of its chef Daniel, who prepares his delicacies in front of his diners (that is if you are lucky and get a place at his bar). We tried the classic oysters and a black risotto that was incredible, served by the owner, who is extremely attentive.
