A small and quiet hotel with great location, very good customer service, spacious, new rooms and well stocked Clarins amenities in the bathrooms. Only 500m or 8min walk from Geneva Cornavin Train Station. We had no issues pushing 4 luggages to the hotel. Also 200m to the Geneva Bus Station should you take day trips out using the coaches. We went to Annecy via train and came back via the coaches at this bus terminal. A number of restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. 3 minutes walk to Quai di Mont-Blanc and you can walk along Geneva Lake to see the Jet d'Eau de Genève. It will take around 20 minutes to walk to Old Town though. The rooms are fairly spacious, very clean and new, and nicely decorated. The mattress is firm and comfortable and room comes with bath robes, slippers and mini bar. The reception staff was attentive and helpful, always ready to help. Not sure if the front desk is manned 24 hours but when we called at 12 midnight regarding an issue with the hot water in shower, the staff responded with urgency and called back with technical staff to help. Great service as usually for small hotels in Geneva, they will likely inform you the problem can only be solved the next day. Highly recommended for small quiet hotel with fairly new and very clean rooms, great service and good location. Service: 5

Very nice hotel. Nice staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good location close to train station. Good breakfast. Very safe area despite some of previous comments. Several good restaurants in the area and very close and walkable to most sites. Service: 5

If you have the chance to stay at this hotel, don’t hesitate even one second. It is the nicest and cleanest place I’ve found out there as a traveler of many years. Every room of the hotel, not only the reception, was clean, pretty and everything on point for our arrival. But the very one detail that stood up in the midst of these beautiful rooms and services, was the Jersey’s Mottaz welcome. It was the kindest and loving interaction I had in the hotel, just a warm and caring person, taking everything into account and even when faced impossibilities or errors. Big up to that person, he will enlighten every question/thoughts you have in mind with confidence. So in my opinion, one of the best hotels out there, including the reception, I highly recommend this hotel, you won’t be disappointed. Service: 5
