We deeply regret that so many of our experiences were not functioning as expected during your time at Kindercity. We completely understand your frustration, and we agree that the condition of our exhibits is important for providing the best possible experience. Our technical team works daily to repair and maintain the attractions, but some are more complex and take time to fix. Rest assured, we are committed to reinvesting in the space and continuously improving the visitor experience.
