Ottima qualitá dei prodotti, elaborata con una ricercata ingegnieria del gusto. Presentazione eccellente, personale e ambiente super accogliente in una cornice davvero suggestiva. Consigliatissimo agli amanti della cucina Gourmet!

I've Just eaten at Equo 1706. We have been there 2 hours and a half just to eat 3 courses. We've been sitting without even bread on the table for more than 30 minutes. We asked multiple times bread and butter but we didnt get any. We had to cancel the cheese selection and still we had to wait 45 minutes for a soufflè. At that point we decided to walk out without having the last course. Overpriced considering the experience of the service. We left the restaurant still hungry and with a really bad feeling about the enviroment. We are english speakers but still the waitresses kept speaking in german. The photo of the dish of an hour wait, the restaurant wasnt even busy Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Das Internet hat uns schon viele nette Gäste in unser Restaurant geführt, doch leider eignet es sich ebenso gut als Medium, um falsche Tatsachen zu verbreiten. So geschehen im Falle der Kommentare von Herrn Daccà und seiner Begleiterin Frau Hobart. Glücklicherweise setzen die beiden Rezensenten jedoch nicht nur falsche Behauptungen in die Welt, sondern fügen gleich noch ein Foto hinzu, welches deutlich macht, dass ihre Behauptungen frei erfunden sind. So schreibt Herr Daccà, es seien weder Brot noch Butter aufgetischt worden, um die anfängliche Wartezeit zu überbrücken. Auf dem beigefügten Foto sind jedoch das zum Teil verzehrte Brot und die Butter klar zu sehen. Hier sei noch angemerkt, dass vor Brot und Butter den beiden Gästen auch noch diverse Amuse-Bouches serviert worden sind. Frau Hobart lässt es sich nicht nehmen, die Lüge aufzutischen, auf dem Gericht "Tatar mit weißen Trüffeln" hätte es überhaupt keine Trüffeln gegeben. Auch hier ist auf dem hinzugefügten Foto deutlich zu sehen, dass das Tatar über und über mit gehobelten weißen Trüffelscheiben bedeckt ist. Diese Bemerkungen sollten genügen, den rein diffamatorischen Charakter dieser "Reklamationen" bloßzustellen.
