Due to a failed delivery, paid by card, I had to waste days trying to assert my rights, there is no manager's address at the pump... and by calling Q8 they can't give you the contact details of whoever manages the pump... absurd. after PEC threats I managed to get the manager's contact details and get my money refunded.
