We stayed at Hotel Eden Spiez from 26–29 January for a work-related team event and had a fantastic experience. The terrace views are stunning, the food was excellent (especially the tartare), and the service was outstanding. The spa area with the Finnish sauna and pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. A special thank-you to Chiara — after just the first dinner she remembered exactly who drinks what and who orders what. Being greeted with “cola zero with lemon, without ice — as usual?” was such a lovely and rare touch. Truly exceptional service. Highly recommended — we’d happily come back! Service: 5
