Ho scoperto questa pizzeria per puro caso, ma ora quando sono in zona ci vado sempre. Buoni i fritti ma ragazzi... il crocchè è davvero eccezionale. La pizza é ottima, gli ingredienti di qualità e una lievitazione che rende la pizza leggera e digeribile. Quella in foto la capriccosella ( per me senza cotto) presa ieri, poi da poco ho scoperto il tortino al cioccolato fondente... ottimo. Infine il personale: gentilissimo, educato e sempre disponibile. Un’ottima pizzeria! Personale super gentile, fritti croccanti fuori e morbidi dentro, molto sfiziosi. Impasto della pizza soffice, leggero e ben cotto. Condimenti abbondanti e di qualità, consiglio! I'll point out 2 things: 1 the customer is not always right. 2 the pizza is good not exceptional but good. I booked Monday 01/20/2025 via "The fork" app for 01/25/2025 at 8.45pm. So far nothing strange or irregular. I show up at the restaurant at 8.46pm and we have to chase the room manager, to tell her that we have booked with the fork for 8.45pm, the manager listens without even looking at us because she is busy consulting a notebook in which there are reservations ( three people who had booked for 9pm had asked before us and had arrived slightly early and were told "you arrived early now wait", he made us sit outside saying that the room would be free soon table (it can fit but if I see empty tables, and I have booked it is very strange), we wait 20 minutes for the table (fifteen minutes before the waitress had come out to inform us that the table had become free and that in a short time they would have us seated ). We sit down at 9.10pm at 9.15pm we order two pizzas without starters, the kind and embarrassed waitress tells us "it will take time for the pizzas" that if they want something starter to let her know. It's Saturday we won't be served immediately, but in a pizzeria with two ovens and 25 tables the wait for two pizzas shouldn't be exaggerated I think and I'm wrong. In the meantime at the empty tables (before we entered and immediately afterwards they fill up), and I realize that these people waited practically 0 time (while the people at 9pm were still waiting and 9pm had passed 20 minutes). The customers who arrived later take appetizers (I couldn't help but notice because they were in front of me), and so far nothing strange, after 5 minutes a pizza arrives at their table which they share (it seems normal to me... the others are waiting and they don't). Between one thing and another at 9.30pm I take a look at my phone and I realize that my reservation was canceled by the restaurant at 8.15pm. At 9.38pm the people who had booked at 9pm after staying in the room for 15 minutes were able to sit down (all my solidarity goes to them). At 9.47pm the pizzas arrive, good not exceptional, but cooked well and with a good dough, it's a shame that they are priced out of the market because a capricciosa for 11 Euros and a potatoes and bacon for 12 are the prices of very high level pizzerias and this one is not . At around 10.10pm we go to pay, I had booked with a 20% discount which as I imagined was not applied at all, 34 Euros for two pizzas and two waters and a 5 Euro cover charge. The waitress obviously avoids asking how it went and tells me "it's 34 euros" I pay, and I state that I absolutely shouldn't be the one asking for the discount, I've been using the fork for years and it's applied automatically because the manager knows. She greets us with a good evening between her teeth. I am well aware that the manager's response to my review will be full of phantasmagorical justifications. I want to say that in the past it happened to me that the restaurant canceled the reservation for various reasons but I was always informed in time between calls and SMS messages via the fork. It also happened to me that the manager at the table said to me "is it okay if I cancel the reservation but still apply the discount?" This place uses the fork to make covers and then behaves in a less than honest manner, because during the evening we were not the only ones to have the same problems.
