I ordered a hot chocolate, but the cup was barely filled halfway. When I asked about it, the staff member explained that ‘the rest is for the whipped cream’ (that I said i didn’t want in my order) yet I still had to pay 5 euros for it. On top of that, I received rude and aggressive comments when I sat down for just 3 minutes to organize my belongings, arguing that I ordered to take away, apparently is more expensive if you eat in. Although the products are okay, the service is awful. Price per person: €1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nice cafe in the palace bounds. They are very expensive but the lady serving us was nice. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
