Ottimo panificio e fornaio che vende i tipici rustici e fritti della zona. Molto buono il burek con carne e funghi dentro, fatto al forno o fritto. Prezzi molto bassi. Ambiente moderno e spazioso. We visited this Dubravica branch on 31 July 2026 at around 1 p.m. The staff member who assisted me was polite, but another staff member, who told my husband to stop taking photos, was very rude. Our intention in taking photos was to translate the descriptions of the pastries from Croatian into English. Like most people here who upload photos, we also wanted to leave a review. The lady staff member claimed that it is common practice to prohibit taking photos. My husband asked her to provide the specific Croatian law or store regulation that states this, but she simply answered, “Maybe next time.” The good thing is that we complained to the head office, and Pekara Dubravica promised that they would take action and provide the appropriate training to their staff. If people here have complaints about rude staff behavior, it is better to file a formal complaint. Croatia takes consumer protection laws and customer service complaints seriously. The food was fine and could have been enjoyed, but unfortunately, that lady ruined our visit to Zagreb. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Other Price per person: €1–5
