An absolute gem in Trieste – simply magical! We actually visited the Dream Team Bar twice – and both evenings remain unforgettable. The first time, we discovered the bar while leisurely strolling through the old town and were immediately enchanted. The atmosphere feels as if it has been polished from another era: timeless and full of character, yet warm and lively. The staff is friendly, and you feel instantly welcome. Particularly impressive is the lady who mixes the fantastic cocktails: her reserved, unobtrusive manner is simply so pleasant, yet she is incredibly attentive – she immediately notices if you want to order something else, even just with a short glance or a small gesture. We were also served delicious olives – delightful! The cocktail menu itself is a dream: countless creations, each better than the last, full of imagination and sophistication. On our second visit, we sat outside, with a view of the impressive Arco di Riccardo, the ancient Roman arch of the city wall from 33 B.C. Where else can you find such a backdrop? It’s incredible – a place full of history and style. The second time, I could hardly decide which cocktail to choose, so I said: spicy please, a little sweet, maybe with egg white – and I got an absolutely mind-blowing cocktail that I had never tasted before. This bar is truly a recommendation: if I were in Trieste more often, I would go again and again. Anyone looking to escape the hectic everyday life will find a magical place here that leaves a lasting impression. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
