Bel locale con interessanti decorazioni e oggetti ad ornare un arredamento minimal. Il cibo è buono e ben presentato, il menù é visionabile solo con qr code, e questo è un po' penalizzante per chi è poco tecnologico. La cucina propende per il mare, e per chi ama la cucina di terra c' è un po' poco, comunque tutto ciò che abbiamo provato è stato buono e ben presentato. Avrei preferito un servizio un po' più presente, e anche spendere un po' meno, ma essendo quasi tutto pesce, ci sta. Non ho mangiato male, sono contento di averlo provato, e all' occorrenza ci posso anche tornare, ma non ci ho lasciato il cuore. Price per person: €30–40 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Locale molto particolare che con la cura dell’ambientazione riporta indietro nel tempo! Ampia scelta delle portate tra le quali ci sono anche proposte particolari (lumache e rane). Ottima esecuzione dei piatti che abbiamo ordinato (frittelle di baccalà, spaghetti al granchio blu e molto altro.). Consigliatissimo! Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Novi Ligure is a hard-working town, home to the best Italian chocolate, pharmaceutical excellence, naval steel and the most important railway innovations of the last century, it also enjoys an important position in agricultural production. However this is not enough to invent a unique culinary venue like Dorian Gray. It is an invention that brings apparently distant culinary methods into harmonious coexistence: the romantic pub, the galley of a twentieth-century ship, an oriental café and a traditional restaurant. Offering excellent local ciders and wines, international liqueurs and internationally produced bitters, frogs and spaghetti with clams, snail dishes and burgers and chips are authentic challenges to the media panoply of starred chefs. A challenge that is won every time the food enters your palate, because at Dorian Gray each dish has been studied and tested by those who prepare it in a way that is able to provide the customer with a new experience of genuine and sustainable taste and nutrition (local products with minimal environmental impact). Added to this is the place which has a thousand (close to reality number) objects of interest. I'll mention a few: lithographs of sailing ships, copies of the original patent of the first airplane in history, tea ceramics, volumes of encyclopedias from the last century, wooden and ceramic trinkets. And finally 19th century grocery containers containing sought-after spices. Dorian Gray Bistrot is an excellence of Novi Ligure and its territory that cannot be ignored. Lucky are the residents who can take part in the imaginary journey of food and drink offered by the inventors of this jewel whenever they want! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
