I give the one star for the quality of the dishes. The food is good. The service is often good, but every now and then something is missing or the food doesn't come for too long. We have spent over 1000 francs at Don Antonio in the last 10 months. But what happened to me today is not possible! After the drink was missing at lunch (again), I only gave 3 stars in the service rating and wrote in the comment: Fanta was missing! This evening my boss, who obviously hardly speaks any German, calls me and gives me a lecture of the first degree. Bottom line: if I don't take back the review, he won't supply me anymore. :-O This guy definitely doesn't belong in contact with customers. He didn't understand anything. Of course we will never order from Don Antonio again. There are plenty of other good restaurants with good, decent and functioning service!
