The reason why I selected Domino's delivery was due to your policy "zero contact delivery" saying that "2. The driver will ring the bell and place your order on an empty pizza box in front of your door." and "4. The driver will then walk two meters away and wait for you to pick up your order. Once the door is closed, he will take the empty pizza box with him."
But what happened was that the delivery person asked us to come down to the building entrance and handed over the pizza directly with his hands.
There was no "2 meters" social distance, nor the effort of zero contact from the delivery person. Glad that I was wearing a face mask, otherwise I wouldn't attempt to receive the pizza delivery.
In this regard, we are deeply disappointed with your promise, regardless of your announcement of "zero contact deliver". I would hesitate to recommend Dominos' delivery to my acquaintance if this practice is not solved.
