Nonostante la cordialità di singoli camerieri il cibo per i nostri ospiti non era all'altezza e i tempi di attesa erano eccessivamente lunghi. Inoltre dopo avere trovato una vespa cotta all'interno del contorno del piatto di un nostro ospite il responsabile non ha provveduto a risolvere il disagio con almeno una scusa. Peccato

My family and I recently dined at Dom Bistro, and while the food was absolutely amazing, I had a frustrating experience with the service. We specifically asked our server if the bread had sesame seeds on top because my son has a sesame allergy. Unfortunately, she didn’t bring out his meal until my husband and I had already finished ours. When she finally brought out his burger and cheese, I was disappointed to find that we hadn’t had the necessary conversation about his meal beforehand. I mentioned that traces of sesame are okay, but it felt like a conversation that should have happened before we received our food, not after we were done eating. To make matters worse, we waited about 15 to 20 minutes for someone to take our drink orders, and I even had to wave at someone at the bar to get their attention. I used to love this place, but the service today was just absurd. I’m torn about recommending Dom Bistro because while the food is great, good food doesn’t matter much when the service isn’t up to standard.
