Unforgettable Dining in Poreč! Dolio is a tapas-style restaurant and wine bar with cozy atmosphere located in the very heart of Poreč. Together with my date, we chose the 6-course tapas menu, and it was one of the most memorable meals we have ever experienced. We selected two cold and four hot dishes. As the food was brought out, we were first impressed by the beautiful presentation, each dish was vibrant and inviting. What truly impressed us, however, was the exquisite taste. The cold dishes set the tone perfectly, the flavors were fresh and bright with a citrusy touch that left us wanting more. The hot dishes were just as impressive, the perfectly cooked octopus and fish fillet were both tender yet very rich in taste. The Mac & Cheese croquette was a delightfully innovative approach to a simple dish. The final dish, the confit pork belly, was nothing short of amazing. The rich and savory flavor of the perfectly cooked meat served as a flawless finale to an already exceptional meal. Along the dishes a tasty home made bread was provided. I highly recommend Dolio and its 6-course tapas menu as a perfect way to explore the diverse flavors of Istria in a single meal. Price per person: €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
