We were served by a lovely waitress, and we were amazed by how good their side dish called blitva/mangel was - we had it around 5-6 times in Croatia in different places, but Bistro Delfin does it best! They garnished everything with a perfect amount of garlic, making blitva, fish and squid taste really good. The only issue we had was with the fish - half of it was very bitter. After doing some research online, it turns out that this happens when a fish is cut incorrectly and the bile that spills inside makes the flesh bitter. Don't know if at Bistro Delfin they cut the fish themselves or buy it cut, but I hope that they will improve this in the future, so we could visit again Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–25 Food: 4 Service: 5
