You can’t pay by card, yet there is no warning about it, and it’s not stated anywhere. Today, June 2, between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., I came to your café to buy a takeaway coffee. After my coffee had been prepared, I asked to pay by card, but I was told that card payments were not accepted and that payment could only be made in cash. I did not have any cash with me, so I asked how I was supposed to pay. I was told, “Do you have cash at your hotel?” My answer was, “No.” After that, the staff asked whether I had a Revolut card so that I could make the payment, but I did not. As a result, I had to leave without my coffee because I had no way to pay for it by card. Usually, when a restaurant or café does not accept card payments, customers are informed before they place their order, or there is a visible notice at the counter. This allows customers to know in advance what payment methods are accepted. However, in this case, I received no information whatsoever, and there was no sign indicating that card payments were not accepted. This was very inconvenient and frustrating.
