I had the most delightful experience at Degrassi Enoteca in Istria. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and a charming atmosphere. The star of the show undoubtedly is their exquisite selection of wines. I highly recommend trying the Sirah, a true masterpiece that tantalizes the taste buds with its rich and robust flavor. But that’s not all, folks! The local grappa offered here is an absolute must-try. It captures the essence of Istria and leaves a lingering, satisfying aftertaste that you won’t forget. As for the food, their pinsa and gnocchi with cinghiale (wild boar) are culinary delights that transport you to a world of flavors. The pinsa’s crispy yet fluffy crust is a perfect canvas for the mouthwatering toppings, while the gnocchi with cinghiale is a hearty and delectable dish that pays homage to the region’s culinary traditions.
