Lovely hotel, very quiet and in a nice location, along the water. Great restaurant, with a "hands-off" menu (the Menu Découverte with Wine matching) where you trust the Chef and the staff for everything. It is worth it, with truly excellent food (preparation, flavors, and the whole flow from start to finish) joined with superb and surprising local wines. Service: 5

We were extremely lucky to have our civil wedding at the Romantik Hôtel de l'Ours. During our first discussions with Mr. Egli, we immediately felt a good feeling due to his professionalism and his attentiveness. Furthermore, we fell in love with the place, both historic and modern, surrounded by greenery and at the foot of the Broye canal. On our wedding day, we were very well received by the entire team who took great care of everyone. What's more, we had an excellent dining experience. Indeed, the meal was delicious, colorful and very refined. We were happy to have excellent feedback from our guests and our wedding at the Romantik Hôtel de l'Ours exceeded our expectations.
