A lovely stay in this charming authentic country inn, ideally locatif for short biking trip in the 3 Lakers area. Small modernized rooms are adéquate for short stays, with lovely garden and excellent gourmet dinner. Simple, healthy breakfast at CHF 24.- is overpriced

If breakfast is decided spontaneously on site, we charge CHF 24.–. I found myself dinning in this incredible restaurant on the occasion of a wedding reception. One of the best experiences I ever had! The Apero: delicious and just right, not too much not too little, the 6 course menu: tailored to excellence! the tastes, the textures, the fine local ingredients, the freshness, the dessert was simply amazing! the wedding cake beyond what words can describe!the service: descrite, informative and absolutely professional. The owner: welcoming, kind and supervising from distance that everything goes according to the plan. Since the wedding was very private with very few guests, the dinner was hosted in a beautiful classy room, with cosy details that made you feel so welcome and comfortable. I feel pitty I didn't book a room! Next time I will treat myself with an overnight :) Service: 5

We were extremely lucky to have our civil wedding at the Romantik Hôtel de l'Ours. During our first discussions with Mr. Egli, we immediately felt a good feeling due to his professionalism and his attentiveness. Furthermore, we fell in love with the place, both historic and modern, surrounded by greenery and at the foot of the Broye canal. On our wedding day, we were very well received by the entire team who took great care of everyone. What's more, we had an excellent dining experience. Indeed, the meal was delicious, colorful and very refined. We were happy to have excellent feedback from our guests and our wedding at the Romantik Hôtel de l'Ours exceeded our expectations. We can only highly recommend this magnificent place. A big thank you to the entire team at Romantik Hôtel de l'Ours who made our day unforgettable.
