We spent a long time looking for a hotel in Croatia that was right for us. It had to be close to the airport and right on the beach. After comparing several hotels, we decided in favour of the Damianii Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa. It is located in the village of Duće on the border with the town of Omiš. The photos on Booking.com were tempting. After comparing it with other hotels, we couldn't believe that it looked like this. We were not disappointed, the photos corresponded to reality. It is a beautiful hotel with only 12 rooms. Transfer from Split airport is offered, but we opted for Uber. The service was perfect and the staff were always very friendly. The dinner was great and, together with the presentation, was like a Michelin-starred restaurant. We were there from the beginning of May, which is practically the low season. The advantage was that we always had the pool and spa area to ourselves. We can recommend the hotel without reservation and would be very happy to return.
