Gestito da giovani ragazzi incredibilmente gentili e competenti. Una cucina strepitosa, impossibile spiegare gli abbinamenti se non attraverso il gusto. Una cucina locale alla ricerca della tradizione che vi stupirà. Un valido motivo per venire a Livigno. Complimenti!

Ristorante Dal Passero was a pleasant surprise, we believe one of the most beautiful encountered in Livigno in the many times we have stayed here. Discovered moreover by chance because being slightly off the main streets of the center and wanting to dine not in one of the usual restaurants that we frequent, we relied on web reviews and never as in this case have they been so useful. In 5 minutes on foot from our hotel we arrived at the restaurant where we chose to sit outside (but inside there is a characteristic and large room with other tables). The menu immediately caught our attention because it offers both typical dishes but with a modern reinterpretation and more unusual but decidedly captivating dishes. The maître d' in the room described the various dishes to us in a breezy and pleasant way, after which we chose the pizòcar and the gnocchi with nettle pesto. Before we were served, one of the very nice waitresses brought us a drink (we didn't take any wine) and then surprised us with a welcome entrée consisting of a speck-filled dumpling served in a very tasty broth. We then moved on to the first two ordered, highly appreciated for the aesthetics of the dishes but above all for their goodness. We chose to skip the main courses (reluctantly given the menu) to make room for the desserts, which pleasantly surprised us with their presentation and originality. Both very good. Coffee and laurel flavored bitters (homemade) and then to finish the bill which is usually a sore point but which instead for what we tasted and for the service we found we can say was honest. We will definitely be back on our next vacation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Tiramisù Espresso, Pizòcar, Semifreddo Con Popcorn Salati Con Salsa Al Cioccolato
