We had a meal here today, and I have to say it doesn’t live up to 4-star standards – the prices in the restaurant are three times as high as in other countries. You don’t even see prices like that in Vienna. I ordered the chicken soup, and my companion had the Caprese chicken. The soup was really tasteless; I had to add so much salt just to make it edible. It contained a few diced carrots and nothing else, not even a sprinkling of parsley. The Caprese chicken was also inedible; the meat wasn’t cooked through properly. The worst thing was that when we paid in cash, the waiter couldn’t even give us any change. I’ve never experienced anything like that in a hotel restaurant before. I stayed at the hotel shortly before it opened, and back then both the hotel and the food were pleasant, but since then the food has simply been rubbish. Disastrous! Unfortunately, the quality here has really gone downhill. Price per person: €25–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Reason for 1 Star: My pregnant wife has Celiac and we chose this place due to the mentioning of all dishes being gluten free (Which is True!! We confirmed as soon as we sat down) HOWEVER if you order bread with any of these dishes, it is not automatically Gluten free. We did have a scare finding this out at the end of our meal. Thus far my wife and baby are fine but want this noted since it was too easy of a mistake to have been made for a gluten free kitchen. Besides this point, we really did enjoy the food and the atmosphere. We could tell the staff were busy and trying to be accommodating for slower service. Still would recommend, however if you have an allergy, triple check everything you are receiving/ordering is gluten free. P.s the Cherry Fashion was a good cocktail choice Price per person: €30–35 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Fantastic service. The food was very nice. Soups were a bit too simple, but overall th food was great. The staff is very polite and helpful. Valentina was especially kind and helpful and went out of her way to serve us. We ate as non hotel guests. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian options on the menu Dietary restrictions: Menu provides info about restrictions. Plus staff will be informative
