I have been buying pistachio panettone for Christmas for several years. Last year something went wrong. I found a panettone with mold at Christmas, making a fool of myself in front of my relatives (the panettone was stored together with other panettone and only this one was defective). It happens; that's not the problem. Online customer support was next to nothing. When I called I felt cheated. Initially they told me that there was no person in charge. After a few days I was told that they would send me a panettone and to email them my address. Obviously I received nothing, and when I called again no one was able to give me any explanations. But I spent 35 euros on a moldy panettone! And it's a real shame because the quality in previous years was truly excellent, but I won't buy from them anymore. More than for the "damage", for having been made fun of. Food: 5 Service: 1

I happen to pass by this point of sale and buy some 350g wholegrain bread which, to my great surprise, I pay 2.50 euros for, then I realize that the receipt showed 1 water and a delivery service, management of the cash register is very poor, I hope that the 'employee does not do it intentionally because it would be quite serious. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
