Before I go into this review, I need to say that I’ve eaten inside once and had the pulpo and ceviche and both were fantastic and some of the best Peruvian I had in Geneva. I will definitely go back for those dishes in the future even though it’s on the pricey side. Now, today I decided to try the anticuchero burger which is only available for takeout. I have been waiting quite a while to eat this burger and given the quality of the dishes they serve in dine in, I had high expectations. Alas, it was all deception. At 26 CHF for the menu, this is quite a pricey burger when you compare with quality menu burgers at Inglewood, Holy Cow, Spikisi, Shiso Burger, Ultra Burger and what used to be Hamburger Foundation. The bread was very low quality and was soggy (that was 3 minutes after it being cooked and handed to me). The meat was over cooked and not particularly tasty. The bacon was undercooked and not crispy at all as would be expected. Then the cheddar was bland and the sauce not as punchy as expected. Altogether, this is one of the most underwhelming burger I had in my life. I don’t like McDonalds, but I would rather eat their hamburger than this. This is very unfortunate for Cuzco: to go to such heights with their Peruvian dishes and mess up a simple burger so badly. I still keep it at 3* because it is not representative of the quality of their dine in dishes which to me is clearly 5*. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner

Étonnant que l'on n'ait pas eu d'avis lors de votre venue auprès de notre restaurant? Nos burgers contiennent 160g de viande pure boeuf et suisse, de plus nos sauces sont élaborées avec des produits qui sont importés du Pérou. Cela explique le prix de nos burgers. Nous ne mettons pas trop de piquant dans nos sauces, afin de plaire au plus grand nombre. Étrange également que votre commentaire ne soit pas mis sur l'évaluation de la plateforme de livraison. Je pense que vous souhaitez simplement nuire notre réputation. ABE
