Food should be frozen within 45-65 minutes. Called after 90 minutes. They said it would only take 15 minutes. Which surprisingly wasn't true. Since we had to leave and couldn't wait another alleged 10 minutes as announced on the phone. The order had to be canceled over the phone. The driver's statement that he had been on the road for a long time also did not give rise to any hope of hot food. Food: 1 Service: 1

I ordered Tandoori Chicken, but what I received was completely different—a dish resembling boiled chicken in a gravy loaded with tomatoes, onions, and paprika. It looked more like Chilli Chicken or some kind of chicken tomato curry. To make matters worse, the order arrived an hour late. When I called to complain about the wrong order, the person on the phone was dismissive and unhelpful. He casually mentioned that the cook wasn’t Indian and didn’t even apologize for the mistake or the poor quality of the food. Instead, he rudely told me I could post whatever review I wanted on social media. This experience makes me wonder if this is a shady, fake restaurant misusing the name of Indian cuisine. The lack of professionalism and the terrible service speak volumes. I would not recommend ordering from here. Never ever!! Stay away ordering from here! PS: It’s shocking how this fake business has a 4.4 rating on Uber Eats. It seems filled with fake ratings and reviews. Makes you wonder how it’s even possible!
