A gastronomic masterpiece: an evening that will be remembered There are restaurants that you visit and those that you experience. The latter applies in an inimitable way to the establishment that I recently discovered. From the moment I crossed the threshold to the last sip of an exquisite digestif, I witnessed a symbiosis of cuisine and hospitality that is second to none. Chef Jürg knows how to conjure up true works of art on the plate with an impressive combination of precision and creativity. His dishes are not just food, but stories that are told on the tongue. A special highlight of the evening was the perfectly cooked turbot fillet, accompanied by a velvety saffron risotto, whose flavors complemented each other harmoniously while leaving room for subtle nuances. Equally remarkable was the attentive service from Nadine, whose professionalism and warmth rounded off the evening. With an unmistakable feel for details, she knew how to not only serve her guests, but also to truly care for them. Every recommendation, be it the right wine or a digestif, perfectly suited the taste and underlined the class of the house. The atmosphere of the restaurant is just as impressive as the culinary offering: a subtle interior that combines elegance and comfort invites you to leave everyday life behind and fully immerse yourself in enjoyment. A visit to this restaurant is not just a dinner, but a journey for the senses. Thanks to the outstanding performances of Jürg and Nadine, this evening will remain unforgettable for me. This restaurant is not only worth recommending, but also a must for anyone who appreciates cuisine at the highest level.

Were there on the evening of November 28th, 2024 and can only say good things. The people are all very friendly and open to their guests. The service is 1A class. The food was absolutely top notch. I say, thank you. I would like to go there again.

Wir waren mit der Firma an einem Teamevent im Curling Center Baden Regio und erhielten eine super Einführung zum Bowling. Das hat so richtig Spass gemacht! Anschliessend gab es im selben Lokal einen Spaghettiplausch mit vielen verschiedenen Saucen.
