We ordered a two tier cake from here (mind you, we spent a lot!) and then complained about the excessive amount of cream in the cake which made it almost inedible. The response we received was downplaying the situation and not very accommodating then they just ignored my last email. Price per person: CHF 100+

I knew about Cuppin's on social media. They have a small counter in Manor Geneva selling cupcakes. I was curious so I thought I gave it a try and chosed 6 mini cupcakes. I was so shocked when the guy stored them in an eggs' container! I was too shocked that I couldn't say anything and left! My family was so shocked too and when we opened it, there was an unpleasant smell. It really put us off from trying. But because I already paid 16.20chf, we reluctantly tried them but was not really impressed. Maybe we were influenced by the smell but that experience does not make us want to go to try again at least not for a while. I don't know whether it's normal or they ran out of proper boxes. Even so, they should not at all store the cupcakes in the eggs' container. Maybe it's some recycling thing they want to promote but it's really not professional nor was it hygienic. I am not sure it can pass the health standards either! Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
