Very slow service, disappointing food. They served frozen vegetables with the steak. We found a piece of glass in the meal. We didn't even wait for dessert. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I had a 3 course dinner at the Culinarium and it was a beautiful experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the food was really delicious, the place is neat and calm, and I left wanting to come back. The bruschetta is definitely a highlight. If you stay at least 7 nights at the TUI Blue, your first dinner there is free, which is really cool. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Culinarium Restaurant and had an amazing dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the incredible view and beautiful terrace setting made it feel so special. The staff were extremely friendly (Brenda was our wonderful server!), welcoming, and attentive to our dietary needs. The food presentation was stunning, with clear care and passion poured into each plate. I ordered the chicken with gnocchi, which was delicious, and for dessert, I tried both the fruit tart and the chocolate peanut butter cookie — both were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend dining here for excellent food, wonderful service, and a gorgeous atmosphere! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian and vegan options! Dietary restrictions: The kitchen were able to accommodate to gluten free, nut allergies, no onion, no garlic. They took it seriously and were happy to adapt dishes!
