Everything was fine until the food arrived. The pork tenderloin on celery cream, one of the standout dishes in this dump of a restaurant, looked visually appealing. The first bite was great, nice and tender, excellent sauce. Right away, it was a little suspicious because it was extremely tender. By the time I got to the third piece of meat, it became too tender and very suspicious. There was minimal pink color from the start, but okay, maybe it's supposed to be like that (perhaps). After turning the meat over, I realized I was eating raw pork. I showed the dish to the waiter, who quickly removed it so that, heaven forbid, other guests wouldn’t see what was being served there. ‘So, what do we do now?’ he asks me. ‘I don't want anything, just take this off the bill, I don't want to pay for it, it's raw,’ was my response. After further ignoring, my wife and I got up and went to the counter to pay for this disgrace, where the owner of the place was waiting at the counter. When I asked the waiter if he had taken the raw dish off the bill, the owner quickly jumped in and started making excuses. First, he said that it was pork tenderloin and that's how it’s supposed to be, and that every month someone complains (if this is true, it's a shame for this restaurant if someone almost gets poisoned there once a month). Then he moved on to saying that I had already eaten almost half of it and that I had to pay. After further explanations that it was visibly raw and pink PORK, he agreed to reduce the price of the raw dish by half. After I told him that I would share my experience wherever I could, the owner got angry, started accusing me of making some sort of threats, and TOOK A PHOTO OF ME. Dear owner, this is not an anonymous post. The profile picture is nicer. Photos of the food and the bill are attached so everyone can decide for themselves if they want to risk raw food here. I won’t go bankrupt over ten bucks, but the picture and review will stay.
