Buon ristorante self service, ci sono stata più volte.C è scelta ,qualità e pulizia.Nulla da eccepire ....forse solo i prezzi un poco alti!

[A Helpful Notice for Asians Unfamiliar with the Romandie Region] Coop Headquarters has issued its final stance, minimizing this discriminatory incident as a mere "misunderstanding" and shielding the manager behind internal regulations. They have refused to take even the simplest corrective measure, such as posting a basic notice confirming the establishment's compliance with Swiss anti-racism laws. As a long-term customer, I find this response deeply offensive, and my trust in Coop has completely collapsed. I have officially closed all direct communication with them and am now preparing to escalate this entire case to external organizations. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- As a resident who has frequented this establishment for over 3 years, both individually and with my family, I am sharing this review to provide a factual notice for the international community, particularly for Asian newcomers to the Romandie region who may be unfamiliar with the local environment, so they can be aware of the service standards and prejudice at this specific location. Initially, out of concern for the many hard-working and polite general staff at this branch, I intended to resolve this constructively with headquarters and eventually delete this review, as I did not want one manager’s unprofessional conduct to unfairly impact his colleagues. However, Coop’s deeply disappointing and defensive official stance has changed my mind. During a recent visit with my young child, a simple inquiry regarding the vegetable option ("légumes") on the children's menu was met with immediate condescension. The General Manager openly acted as if an Asian customer could not comprehend basic French vocabulary—raising his voice, abruptly turning his back, and dismissively serving french fries instead of the requested vegetables. This disproportionate hostility left a distinct impression of a targeted bias, and because Coop has chosen to protect the perpetrator rather than ensure an inclusive environment, this review will remain here permanently.
