Customer service and friendliness are very important to us and are commonly experienced by our associates in restaurants. In principle, seats in Coop restaurants are intended for restaurant customers and not for the consumption of supermarket purchases. Exceptions apply when, in addition to consumption at the supermarket, something is purchased at the restaurant, for example coffee. Our employees are informed of these regulations and have been instructed to politely inform our guests. We are sorry that in your case the information was not transmitted satisfactorily.
