We really enjoy coming here at least once every week and have always been very satisfied. What we experienced today is not possible. We wanted to have decaffeinated coffee at 6:20 p.m. Ms. L. told us that we wouldn't be able to get any more because she had already cleaned the machine and she wouldn't have time for it later because she still had to clean the whole restaurant !1. You could also tell us in a normal tone that we can't help it that she is stressed and 2. The restaurant is open until 8 p.m. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy any coffee, which is a shame and the worst thing is that Ms. L. wanted to gossip about this incident with other customers. It's a shame we will avoid the coop restaurant in the future. Service: 1

I recently had a disappointing experience at Coop Restaurant. On July 31, 2024, I visited the restaurant at 6:30 p.m., hoping to enjoy a relaxing evening with a decaffeinated coffee. However, to my surprise and disappointment, decaffeinated coffee was no longer available even though the restaurant is open until 8pm. When I asked the employee about it, I was told that she was alone and had already turned off the coffee machine because she had started cleaning. Because of this, she could no longer offer decaffeinated coffee and advised me to get a regular coffee instead. Unfortunately, this solution was not satisfactory for me because I consciously avoid caffeine. It is understandable that staff shortages and cleaning may occur, but in a restaurant that is open until 8 p.m., all drinks on offer should be available until the end of opening hours. In my opinion, turning off the coffee machine before the store closes is unreasonable for the guests. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and in the future ensures that all products offered are available until the end of opening hours and that there are sufficient staff to manage both service and cleaning. Unfortunately, this experience marred my visit to the Coop Restaurant and makes me doubt whether I will return in the future. Service: 1
