We received a great 2024 annual calendar for our son in January. He was really happy! When we wanted to redeem the advertised gift (brush set) at the end of January, unfortunately there was no return. Apparently no longer available, we are too late. Son was very disappointed. Shortly afterwards (February 3rd) a new attempt was made: first the statement that this time there would be colored pencils. But you can see online that they should be muffin cases. This time it was reported that the gifts had not been delivered. As was not the case in January (because we were too late)... It's a shame, our son was of course very disappointed again and a few tears were shed. For us parents it is inexplicable how one can start such an action and then the promises are not kept.
