We experienced the restaurant before renovation as well as after renovation. My opinion will focus on the “after renovation”. The restaurant lost half of its surface area, too bad but it was well renovated and pretty. Arrived on a Saturday at 2 p.m., nothing left to eat, three pastries chasing each other in the fridges. We arrive at the checkout, a gentleman (glasses, black hair) in the distance sees us, we wait another good 5 minutes before he arrives. Not a hello, not a price announcement, not even a thank you... well, unfortunately I won't be going there again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Too bad the quality has dropped drastically! The waiting time is long, the staff is unfriendly and unsmiling (except the staff at the Asian buffet who were the complete opposite of these colleagues). Having the impression of disturbing each question asked, the accompanying buffet really doesn't tempt you with overcooked vegetables and which really doesn't give you an appetite. I hope that you propose an improvement in your communication criteria between employees and clients. 11:20 a.m.: cold meat, ultra-salty fries, cold tea with a weird taste (cold tea or glass?) Friendliness of the staff which leaves something to be desired. Table and chair not cleaned...
