L'ospitale personale lavora duramente, ha un atteggiamento positivo e rende questo posto fantastico. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto dello spettacolare servizio. I'm visiting Lausanne for a few weeks and have chosen this Coop Restaurant as the de facto place to eat most of my lunches. Things I enjoy: - No frills, easy to understand and navigate food options. - Reasonable prices (for Lausanne) - Good food and mostly good staff On the other hand, I feel there are some things that Management needs to pay more attention to: - I like eating early and although the restaurant is open at 11h, in all the times that I went there to eat at this time, the cooking staff wasn't ready. - I feel like more attention needs to be placed on the cleaning of the tables and chairs. Unfortunately a lot of people tend to leave their trays, and many times when the trays are put away, the tables and chairs are full of food pieces. And, some things that I don't know if Management can do anything about: - Dogs. I don't think that large dogs should be allowed in the dining area. - Smoking on the patio....Yes, I understand that people "need" to smoke, but but by allowing that, the patio simply becomes out of reach for non-smokers. Overall, it's a good restaurant, but I feel that compared to the much larger one located on Rue Saint Laurent, this location needs to step things up. Coop Restaurant is a self-service type of restaurant, so don't expect to have an extremely high quality. The variety is quite good, everything is very clean, and you have a nice view on the terrace. It's good for lunch break, or to have a coffee and dessert.
