Today I had a very tasty burger, a side dish of my choice, all the side dishes (salads, spaetzle, vegetables) were perfectly seasoned. The team looks set up, the tray was picked up from the table after dinner. I've never experienced anything like that in a major restaurant in Switzerland, great!
