We were lucky to be one of the first participants of Simon's new cooking classes. I have done a few before, and this was quite different. Food and cooking was the focus but also included a boat trip in Cinque tere! Simon was learning along with us, which made the whole experience that much more fun. We all learnt a few dishes and the prosecco never ran dry.... much to my wifes delight! HA! Would highly recommend. We visited Livorno (as part of the history of tuscan quisine) also, a place I have never been. The seafood was amazing!
