We had such a fun time! We took the train from Sorrento and easily walked to the location. It was off season (early March) and so there was not much ready to pick in the garden, but Salvadore still made the experience delicious and amazing. We made pasta with green peas that they had canned from their garden. It was delicious! We followed that by making our own tiramisu. So delicious! Francisco was an excellent teacher and made it all easy. His passion for the fresh garden ingredients and good cooking are evident in his passion while teaching. One of my favorite dinners in Italy!!

Truly a spectacular experience. Salvatore and his Mamma were great hosts and great teachers. The food was amazing and the process of learning was made fun. Start with Prosecco and made a whole meal, Pasta, and sauce including Tiramisu and Limoncello for desert!

Amazing experience, learned so much from the entire family. They were very friendly and kind throughout the whole process. Took a Pasta/ Limoncello class. Very delicious food! 10/10!
