Tutto spettacolare, dalla location, alla cura dei dettagli, al ristorante, al personale.. potrei elencare tutto ma rovinerei la sorpresa a chiunque soggiornerà qui, posso solo dire che sicuramente resteranno notevolmente a bocca aperta ! The online / social media appearence is better than what it is. Booked two experiences (grill night & tasting aperitif on august 21 and august 22) and both times they tried to charge us the full amount after the experience even when it was already pre-paid online. They do it on purpose to try to charge you twice, so careful and always check your bill. Incredibly slow service as well, we were the only ones in the whole restaurant and after the tasting they just ignored us for 30 minutes (!) even though we wanted to buy some wines. Their loss as i would have come here for many client events in the future due to its stunning location. But client satisfaction? wrong place for that. Service: 1

We apologize for the disservice perceived this afternoon. the service certainly did not live up to expectations and we are sorry for what is our care and prerogative. I assure you that there was never an attempt to make people pay the bill twice, God forbid.
